About Us
A Mission of Mercy & Unity
Who We Are
About Us – Pope Leo XVI Catholic Charity
Inspired by the boundless love and compassion of Jesus Christ, Pope Leo XVI Catholic Charity is a faith-driven organization dedicated to extending mercy and hope throughout the Middle East, particularly in the United Arab Emirates and surrounding regions. Our mission is rooted in the Gospel’s call to serve the poor, uplift the suffering, and be instruments of peace in a world longing for healing.
We stand alongside the vulnerable — including persecuted Christians, displaced families, and refugees — offering practical humanitarian aid, spiritual support, and a strong voice of advocacy. In a region marked by diversity and deep religious history, we actively promote interfaith dialogue and cooperation, building bridges of mutual respect and understanding across cultural and religious lines.
Our initiatives include food and medical relief, vocational training, emergency assistance, pastoral care, and community development programs. Everything we do is infused with the Catholic values of love, dignity, and justice — serving not only fellow Christians but all people in need, regardless of background or belief.
Guided by the example of Pope Leo XVI and the universal teachings of the Church, we believe charity is not just about giving, but about restoring human dignity and nurturing hope. As we expand our mission across the Middle East, we invite you to join us — through prayer, partnership, and generosity — in making Christ’s mercy real and present in the lives of others.
Who We Are
Founded under the spiritual guidance of Pope Leo XVI, this initiative unites Catholics worldwide in solidarity with the suffering Church in the Middle East. Partnering with local bishops, clergy, and humanitarian organizations, we ensure aid reaches those most in need.
Our Vision
To be Christ’s hands and feet in the Middle East, fostering peace, relief, and faith in communities torn by conflict and poverty.
Our Mission
Together, we can be the hands and heart of Christ to a world in need.
In every corner of our world, there are silent cries — the hungry child, the refugee mother, the elderly man with no one to turn to. They are not strangers. They are our brothers and sisters in Christ. In them, we see the suffering face of Jesus, who said, “Whatever you did for the least of these, you did for Me” (Matthew 25:40).
